Simply put, we are nothing without the dedicated and hard-working people who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service day in and day out. Merry Maids® puts a lot of hard work into making sure we hire the best house cleaning professionals available. This year we are proud to celebrate Zuleicka Vidal, Cathy Folger, and Melissa Styba as the 2018 Team Members of the Year. These honorees were flown to the company’s annual meeting in October where they were recognized for creating a legacy of exceptional service, compassion, and leadership within their office and with their customers.

She pours her heart into every cleaning and it shows. Her team looks up to her, her customers love her, and some even consider her family. They share their most precious life’s moments with her. She even cares for their pets when they’re not home. One of Zulee’s most memorable customer experiences happened in 2018 when she arrived for a scheduled cleaning to find an elderly client unresponsive and promptly called 911. She waited with the client until emergency crews arrived and even called his relatives to alert them of the incident. The client's sister called the office two weeks later to thank Zulee and let her know her actions saved her brother's life.

She’s created a raving fan following among customers and coworkers alike. Her peers describe her as a smart, dedicated, friendly, compassionate, and a consistent “shining light”. Cathy Folger | Team Captain/TrainerIn the 20 years that Cathy has worked for the Bethlehem, Pa., office, she has provided over 20,000 cleanings to families in the local area. She’s been a team captain but enjoys solo cleaning the most. She treats her customers’ homes like her own and consistently receives 5-star reviews. She’s friendly, dedicated, consistent, dependable, and does whatever it takes to make her customers happy.
